PartyBingo “British Red Cross Fundraiser” – Terms and Conditions

1. You agree that by taking part in the PartyBingo.com (the “Website”) “British Red Cross Fundraiser” (the “Campaign”), that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the “Rules”).
2. To be eligible to take part in the Campaign you must:
• be eighteen (18) years of age or older or the legal age of majority in your home country, state or province;
• have successfully completed registration on the Gaming Service and opened a Real Money Player Account; and must
• not be resident in a Restricted Territory.

(any player who meets this criteria shall be deemed a “Qualifying Player”)


3. In order to open a “Real Money Player Account” players must have registered on the Gaming Service to open an account and deposited a minimum of twenty-five United States Dollars (US $25.00).
4. The “Campaign Period” shall mean 00:01hr ET on 1 March 2008 until 23:59 hr ET on 31 March 2008.
5. In order to participate in this Campaign, Qualifying Players are required to play real money games on the Website during the Campaign Period in order to earn PartyPoints.
6. Qualifying Players are also required to ‘opt-in’ to participate in the Campaign by following the steps indicated within their Real Money Player Account.
7. At the end of the Campaign Period, PartyBingo.com shall make a cash donation to the British Red Cross (registered charity number 220949) (the “Charity”), based on the amount of PartyPoints earned (the “Cash Donation”), as follows:

Where it is a requirement of any Campaign that a certain number of PartyPoints be accrued, then unless otherwise expressly indicated, the reference to "PartyPoints" shall mean standard PartyPoints accrued during the applicable Campaign and during the relevant Campaign period only. Unless otherwise indicated, ‘Bonus’ PartyPoints, PartyPoints accrued through "topping" or which have been redeemed or used in any way outside of the relevant Campaign will not be counted towards such requirement and once PartyPoints have been redeemed in connection with a Campaign they may not then be reclaimed.
9. Cash Donations shall be paid to the Charity within thirty (30) days of the end of the Campaign Period.
10. If a non-Qualifying Player takes part in the Campaign we reserve, without prejudice to any other rights under the Rules, to disqualify them from this Campaign.
11. Officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents of PartyGaming or its group or one of its subsidiaries, parent or associated companies (its “Group”), or suppliers or vendors (including their advertising, printing and publicity agencies) are not permitted to open a Real Money Player Account (“Unauthorised Persons”). Relatives of Unauthorised Persons are also not permitted to open a Real Money Player Account. For the purposes of the Rules the term “Relative” shall include, but not be limited to, a spouse, partner, child or sibling of an Unauthorised Person. For the avoidance of doubt Unauthorised Persons and Relatives cannot be Qualifying Players.
12. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Campaign, or violates the Rules.
13. Our Group may use the information that you provide during the Campaign or Real Money Player Account registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing privacy@partyaccount.com.
14. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Campaign, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and the Rules and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page. We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly, and by your continued use of the Website you accept any such modified terms.
15. Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. If the Campaign can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond our control, we shall incur no liability and no Prize will be awarded.
17. The “Gaming Service” means any gaming website forming part of the gaming services offered by PartyGaming and including PartyPoker.com, PartyBingo.com, PartyBets.com, PartyCasino.com and PartyGammon.com or such other website as may be offered on the service from time-to-time.
18. If the Rules are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
